PROJECT DESCRIPTION
P.Premium reached out to us to elevate and completely refresh their social media presence. They wanted their online image to finally match the true level of luxury their clinic offered, because while the in-person experience was premium, what was being shown on social media told a very different story. That’s where we stepped in. We conducted an in-depth image audit, analyzed competitors and industry benchmarks, and sat down with the founders to understand exactly what they wanted their brand to communicate.


PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Our goal was to capture the essence of the space as a true wellness experience, one defined by exceptional hospitality and a level of customer care well above the standard. We also aimed to reflect the delicacy, expertise, and professionalism of the entire team. At the same time, we chose to humanize the brand, allowing the audience to get to know the founders, ask them questions, and even see their responses directly within the reels. This approach strengthened trust and created a genuine sense of closeness with their community.
